Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I would like to know the Supreme Court of India Ruling on ownership and possession of a vacant 'patta' land - Can a trespasser by virtue of creation and registration of bogus documents/ illegal trespass and construction claim 'possession' over the vacant 'patta' land?

How does the Supreme Court of India protect the interests and the rights of genuine land owners who have been in enjoyment by virtue of fully registered documents/payment of vacant land taxes and other statutory requirements as specified by the authorities uphold their rights against such unlawful invasion and threat by the squatters/trespassers?

Kindly help me the most updated Supreme Court of India ruling in this matter.

You cannot go to Supreme Court for every matter. Supreme Court does not 'make laws' Supreme Court enforces rights by passing orders, in accordance with law.

The governing law is Transfer of Property Act, and relevant states' Land Revenue Code for this purposes.
