Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have talked to 4 lawyers every one told me diffrent view.Partition case is last case should be filled because it is property distipute case.I want only that if partition case be filled how much time will be take.

No one can commit the time frame for the disposal of partition suit but a lawyer can only try his best to pursue your matter aggressively and seek shorter dates. however, the courts nowadays are quite active unlike old times.
