Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi There,
I am Gursimran from Meerut UP. Seeking for a OBC certificate for "Sikh Jatt" as HIGH COURT and SUPREME COURT already given orders to respective authorities. One of my relative in RAMPUR already got "Sikh Jatt" OBC certificate from RAMPUR tehsil. But tehsildar / patwari of my TEHSIL (SARDHANA) are not accepting my application plus don't giving me any clearification for rejection, Plz tell me what to do to get a OBC certificate for "SIKH JATT" in uttar pradesh.Is there any different rules for issuing OBC certificates in Meerut. Please Help me and suggest me how to handle this situation.
