what is thge procedure to be adfopoted in arbitration and concilletion act, when the opposite party rematins ex-party?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the opposite party abstains from attending court hearings, the other party can plead for the order to be passed by the arbitrating Judge hearing the matter.
