Respected sir
Father has sold 92 sq yards house to my Mother for Rs. 10,000/ in the year 1970 and registered in sub registration office. And Father has expire in the year 1973
Family Details
1. Mother had 6 daughters and 2 sons all are married
2. Out of 92 sq Yards /
3. 60 sq yards with built up area 1000 sft has gifted Mother to his eleder son and registered with sub-registered office.
4. she expire in the year 2007.
Sir my mother has gifted 60 sq yards to my eleder brother, and regarding 32 yards nothing has mentioned in the gift deed.
So I kindly request you sir can we get share in the 92 yards of my mother property because we don�t now the gift deed has done to our eleder brother recently this news has come to us and gift deed has done in the year 2006 and my mother has dead in the year 2007
Kindly requesting you sir pl look into the matter suggest what we have to do.only we need a advice in this regard

if she has died without leaving a will then 32 sqft area will be divided between all the legal heirs including the sisters.
