Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
an undivided property[land]belonging to 9 persons has a building constructed upon it by the company formed by the landowners.how can we divide the property [1]by mutual agreement and if not possible [litigation].how much time will it take for the judgement if the suit is contested.how to proceed in this matter?we own 2/9 of the land and approx 37% of the company
