how to vaccate illegal possession
in lahore.my real brother has illegal possession in my house..i already have parmanat injunction against him + his case had been rejeceted for possession through partition..now he has a case for cancellation deed in which he sold his share and took a stay order..what is the procedureto vaccate illegal possession from him..i hav a registered sale deed sign and thumb impression of him for his sale to us

suit for possession is maintainable in your case, i suggest you take immediate legal action.
