Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
I would like to know the validity of the Sale agreement. My parents had entered into an agreement of Sale with the land lord and also paid an advance and we are still residing in the same place. Unfortunately the owner expired and their legal heirs were collecting the rent.The legal heirs also promised to sell the property to us(verbal) but now they are threatning us to vacate the place and will not sell. We are paying them the rent till date. The agreement was made in the year 1986 Kindly give us your suggestion how to go about this.

Dear Sir,
As per your terms of enshrined in an agreement, that you can put suit for performance of contract with accord to specific performance of contract as of T.P. Act 1882.
