Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Vikram got 10 lahks compensation from court.
vikram is not well suffering from stroke stays alone in bijapur (has two children working/staying away).
Vikrams brother and sister decide to keep the money in FD for Vikrams medical treatment.
to help vikram they keep money in joint account with younger brother Vilas (Vikram +Vilas).
Vilas also stays in bijapur visits vikram regularly.
Vikram is severly ill and with his daughter in one year 5 laks spent from his other saving
now when vilas was asked to remove the money he has denied to give the money citing various reason.
what should we do go to court or police station.

Yes you can approach the police. If it does not help you, you can file a complaint in court.
