Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Me and my wife are born and married in Karnataka, my elder daughter is born in Karnataka and my younger daughter is born in Goa. I have purchased immovable properties in Goa and in Karnataka out of my own funds and they are self acquired and not inherited. Under the circumstances, whether daughter (major in age) and her husband can claim share/right in the properties during our lifetime?

Dear Sir,
NO, as the Owner, only you can deal with your properties in the manner you best deem fit. Your daughter(s) have no say in it; your son-in-law has no locus standi whatsoever.
