Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i want to write an agreement between myself and a relatives' family of mine, offering help in organizing their home and health, iff they agree to not object my interference in their lives. the family includes two old age people and their mentally unstable daughter of about 50 yrs of age. will this be legal? what if they refuse to let me help them after they sign?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please do not unnecessarily meddle into other peoples lives and invite unwanted unwarranted troubles for yourself. Your intentions may be noble, but the other party will always have it at the back of their minds that you are doing it for them with some ulterior hidden objective and motive. So it is advisable to remain away and stay aloof.
