Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
one of my younger brother faced minor incident when he was driving the Car.A scheduled cast women has injured . It was a minor incident.Incident accrued around 6 month or more then before. The day of incident we took her hospital for checkup like X-Ray,Medicine etc.I have all the report. the said report was fine there were no serious injuries.
In India scheduled cast people got some extra care that's way some scheduled cast people ready to cash this opportunity and want expolite us.
Now they file a case against my brother.
Please guide me what should we do ?
How many days after incident they can file the case ?
We are belong from Minor Communities.Please give me answer as soon as passable.
