Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
I have breast cancer. I am working in government institute. I am in autonomous unit.my treatment is costly .but no financial support or reambrassment facility. How I can apply for reambrassment.

There is always a reimbursement facility in govt. undertaking. Kindly confirm. If no such provision is there for any of its employee, you can't do much. Then question would be different altogether.
