Legal Question in Health Care Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am member of CO op housing society of 10 storage building .

I am living on 9 th floor which is pent house.so no any other member is living above my pent house.

Sir my question is about mobile towers .socity has given place on tarese of my bed room roof and also in general tarese place since long & I am suffering of high radiation due to this mobile tower .

Shall be thank full if you will let me know about this that what can be done in this matter .

Sir

Please refer to the Judgment of Gujarat High Court in case of MUKTIPARK CO OPERATIVE SOCIETY Versus AMC, which pertained to a very similar issue as regards the erection of mobile tower on the residential vicinity. It states, that the Mobile Tower do not pose any health hazard to human being, if it is within prescribed limit. It is an detailed judgment answering all your concerns.

However, if you still fear, that there is health risk, and if you are supported by a medical report, that this tower is not safe and causing your problems, then certainly you may file a PIL before the High Court, for removal of this tower.
