Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
i gave birth a baby in a govt hospicat. during my dilivery all check up was done by male doctor and delivery is also conducted by the male doctor. during delivery there was a mele in the labour room and i was with out cloth no any curtain or partion was done. pls give me legal advice

you can make a complaint about the hospital to the hospital incharge and the health minister. You can also ask them the procedure and safeguards required to conduct the delivery. This can be done by filing a RTI. You can file a writ petition in the highcourt and also claim damages.
