Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
Hai i am karthick.i have admitted in madurai hospital for one week. I took treatment for my illness.i have paid the cash in hospital for treatment.i am having ttk health insurance .so i want to claim the money from insurance company.one month back i have sent insurance form to hospital,but doctor is not responding to me. lot ot times i have called him but there is no response.so i have decided to file a complaint against this doctor.please give me your suggestion to take legal action in this matter.send your answer in my mail id [email protected].
