Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States
Can a 16 year old US Citizen living in Europe, move with her family to US? If not, what is the appropriate age to do that?

I would need more information about their specific situation to determine if they have any avenues available to immigrate to the U.S. at this time, but generally speaking, a U.S. citizen can't petition a parent until he/she is 21 years old.
