Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States
In America, if someone is on disability for Aspergers and listed as a dependent in ny state and they decide to marry someone visiting from china, will that grant that person citizenship or will that not work because they are not themselves paying taxes, but rather their parents? Would they simply need to get their parents permission, or how might that work?

Go to www.uscis.gov and look at how U.S. citizens married to foreigners may apply for lawful permanent residence for them and the requirements for the affidavit of support.
