Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Arab Emirates

Dear. Sir

I came in UAE by two years work contract .my position is account General. my contract expired on the 09-02-2014.but I was working for the company till march 31,,2014 .the mean time since expired my contract I was asking to cancelled my visa to change work to another company . but they weren't willing .then I complained labour office on 01-04-2014 so my cancellation done in labour office and I received my payment in front of labour officer by 09-04-2014. when I asked my cancellation paper my sponsor told me to wait until immigration cancellation done. and I waited .unfortunately my sponsor puts me absconding (black list )by wrong information .which mean I can not enter UAE for life .

Dear Saly,

You can approach the Immigration Officials and produce proof of your labour complaint and also the settlement taken place at the Labour Office. You can by convincing them get the absconding case cancelled and they would take action against your sponsor for filing wrong absconding case. If matter does not get settled then you would have to approach Court for suitable orders.
