Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I had been fined 2000Rs and sentenced 2 days in Judicial custody for Drunk driving. However my alcohol reading was just 50 and if it would have been 49, then i would have been tested negative. So i spent 18 hours in the judicial custody and then released. What are the future consequences of this? Will i have problems applying for Visa? Can't i avoid mentioning this on my Visa applications? If no, what can i do to get this off my record?

it is better to mention this in your visa form .you can attach the order too.I dont think you will have a problem in getting the visa.
