Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Hi, My friend and had a fight orally by exchanging harsh words, i stay in dubai legally with valid Visa and passport. My coousine is having some contacts in UAE immigration department, he has mis utilised it by providing them wrong information, for which i had got a call. Post my cousi has messaged me that he can throw me out of dubai in no time. request to kindly suggest me as what legal action i can take against him for this.

If your friend/cousin is citizen of India, you can lodge a criminal case against him by virtue of Section 4 of IPC. You can inter-alia invoke Sections 177, 182, 190, 203, 211, 506 IPC. You can also make a complaint to the higher authorities in Dubai and also to Dubai consulate in India.
