I'm an indian male of age 26 {d.o.b 04-03-1987}, from tamil nadu, india. i'm single. i'm in love with a girl from srilanka of age 23 (d.o.b 23-09-1989) from colombo also single.
we are planning to get married in india.
my question is
what are the legal formalities i have to go through to marry her in india.
what are the formalities regarding her visa/ permanent resident/ citizenship we have to follow once we are married here in india.

firstly she has to come India.She may come on tourist visa.Then solemnize marriage & got register & then apply for her permanent residence.Earlier she can extend her visitor or tourist visa
