Legal Question in Immigration Law in Moldova

Hello my Name is Ion Mazare I'm From Moldova , this summer i'm going to travel in USA ,Destin Florida. I got J1 visa , I want to stay more in the usa legally , how that is possible . i heard about F1 visa, H2b visa

there is no 2 years home residency requirement

can i know one of the easiest way to change my J1 visa on other one ?
