Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States

My kids are 7 and 4 and were born in the U.S. They both carry American passports. My wife and I are not and have come into hardship where I am about to lose my job, hence my work visa and will have to leave the UAE. Is it possible to get the citizenship through the kids to either the mom or dad or both even though the kids are under 21? My brother is an American, lives and works in the U.S.. Is it possible to get it through my kids and have my brother petition to sponsor?

No and no. Your American brother can petition for a "greencard" for you, but there will be a long wait. What countries' passports do you and your wife carry? What about your parents? Your kids cannot petition for you until they are 21. Can you get a job offer and come to the U.S. on a work visa?
