Legal Question in Immigration Law in
my passport was impounded by the USA authorities, it was held in 2008 nov, then 2010 feb i applied new application with previous passport xerox , but till today i didnt get back that. now what i have to do???

you have not stated as to why was the passport impounded and whether or not a case was registered. Did you give the particulars of impounding in the fresh application
