You can still apply for removal of conditions if you can prove that you married in good faith and intent at the time of getting married.

Proceed with getting conditions removed from your green card as long as you married with the intent to stay with her when you married. Email or call me to discuss the matter further at [email protected] or (813) 951-6187.

You will need to request a Waiver of the Joint Filing requirements. See form I-751 instructions for details on how to do so. Go to www.uscis.gov; go to "forms" & then "I-751".

Good luck!
