Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
just want to know that if a recruitment consultant registered in India had direct contract with UAE employer, How will the fees will be charged?..." Keeping in mind that the consultant don't have any office / registration in UAE , Its registered in India only.
The employer agreed and its written in the contract that the consultant will be paid for every placement.
What if they don't pay or is it legally challengeable in UAE courts.
