Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Sir I need solvency certificate of 50L... but Tehsildars is not issuing this certificate.as per him they were not issuing this certificate..plz help... if we make Affidavit by Executive magistrate ..Is this applicable or not...pls help ASAP

It is the jurisdiction of sub-divisional magistrate of your area. Affidavit may not work. However, some states do accept that. You are from which state?
