Legal Question in Insurance Law in India

Hai sir, bcoz of accident i became paraplegic in april 2010. Through my company i have applied for gpai. They have rejected the claim saying that it was mentioned in hospital admn report that alleged h/ o alcohal consumption. I asked the hospital for explanation as it was not mentioned in my original hospital discharge summary. They saud it was informant' s allegation and was not verified by the hospital as it was not requested by the police at the time of admn. So now i want to approach court because of my disabilty i am unable to attend my job in bengaluru and also insurance company is also bengaluru. It will be a big problem for me finding a lawyer in bengaluru as i am living in andhra pradesh. Can i approach a court in andhra pradesh or i have to approach bengaluru court only. Please respond, thankyou sir. My present physical condition is paralyzed waist below. And also is a claim can be rejected based on unproven allegation?

you have a good case. what is GPAI? if you mean medical claim then you are entitled for as for jurisdiction I need more details to advice.
