can agreement to sell can be executes after the whole transaction of money has done
in buying process of property and what should be necessarily mentioned in it.
and i also want to know its registration is necessary.

Agreement can be executed even after whole transaction money is paid in advance. You need to contact a lawyer in person for the needful to be done.

when you are buying immovable property - registration is compulsory, if you want to have a clear and marketable title to it. Yes, same can be executed after exchange of Money also.
