Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
do i have aright in the property ,though i have signed that i don't need any property.my brothers made to sign me with force..this happened in 1989 ...do i have any right to get this property now?iam female

you signed in 1989 why did you not take action before?? even if you approach the court law of limitation will hit the case. once you give a relinquishment of your share you could have reported the matter earlier to the police about your brother taking your signature forcefully.
