Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
When we bought the property/Land it didnt have a compound wall on one side. But due to disturbance from our neighbour we have constructed the wall but without taking legal help i.e with people in our locality help which i think may not be the correct measure but i am not sure of that. But due that our windows slab is lying in there area (house was constructed long back by a contractor who buyed land from them). Now they are continously threating us that they will demolish it. is this correct? thats is we cant do anything about this? And also they have constructed there house very close without any gap? is this legally correct. can u help me for what should we do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
I suggest you take up this matter with the local Sarpanch / Tehsildar / Municipality and sort out the boundary demarcation issue once and for all.
