Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
We bought terrace flat ,we have done registration paid stamp duty too in the year of 1999 now we want to sale the flat but society refusing to give Noc ,,what should we do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ascertain the validity of the reason behind the Society's refusal to give you the NOC for example, pending maintenance dues, change of user, etc. and settle the matter.
