Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I have two brother n two sister ....my father and mother expired.my big brother said all property is mine.u want some share u gave me 5 lac money than i will give you your share of proerty.my younger brother and me dont have much money..i m very worried.elder brother said all house construction on my money .

All those properties standing in the name of your parents will be equally shared / succeeded by all the legal heirs of your parents i.e. sons/daughter, subject to WILL if any.
If your brother is not giving you the share in property,then file a suit for partition and also file a criminal compliant for embezzlement of property, (facts have to be seen before taking the recourse).
