Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

I am buyed a constructed house ..near by which a piece of land is govr. land ...me and my neighbour decided to buy it from gov..we will go to lawyer and asked him about it...he told that 50per of land is given to both of us...if we reject this than other party should be buy it but we not rejected this...after 2 days my neighbour told me than they purchased full land ....what can i do??? is it possible???

you went to a lawyer to purchase the govt land??? which agency did you contact?? where is the allotment letter of 50%of the land. I think you have been taken for a ride. Govt land cannot be sold like this to individuals.

"If somebody is rushing you in an unreasonable manner ... pass. A better opportunity will come by. Let your neighbour undertake the risk of purchasing a Government land. all by himself. You are "safe if not sure". Follow the saying : "Good riddens to bad rubbish".
