Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Can we complaint against builders if we are having a ceiling leakage issue???? As we had buy resale house on ground floor.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are probably residing in a registered Co-operative Housing Society, in which case you should complain to the Secretary of the Society to initiate action to address and rectify the problem.
