Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Dear Sir
Thank u sir for your reply , but i have a doubt .The property of my friend's dad is not distributed between both brothers after his father dad. Currently all the people are living in one house only. What will happen if they fail to repay the loan. will their both house will be auctioned by bank?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the deceased brother has submitted the original title papers of both the houses to the bank while taking the loan, the bank will seize both the properties to settle the outstanding loan amount dues.
