Dear Sir/Madam,
My grand father got a share of joint family properties through pancahayat parikat taken place in the year 1946. Accordingly the revenue entries were made in the name of my grand father of few properties in the year 1973. Some properties will be standing in the name of my grand farher broyhers name as a joint family properties.After the death of my grand father my mother is the only daughter to my grand father transferred into her name whatever is in the name of my grand father.Some properties will be standing in the name of my grand father brothers name only as a joint family properties. Later my grand father brothers childrens registered another partition deed in the year 2003 including some of the properties got to my grand father share and took the signature from my mother and transferred our properties into their names.My mother believing that his cousins were partitioning their properties among their family and signed the partition deed. Whether the second partition deed is valid?It is fraudently gotup document by using the illiteracy of my mother.
