Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

My father gifted his property to my mother's name. Now will my mother has the complete authority of giving the share to whomsoever she wants. We are 3sisters and mother does not want give the share to my sister a she is not in good terms with her husband and her husband Will firceibly take her share. she is now staying with my mother from past few months. Ky mother wants to secure my sister's living without transferring the property directly to yer name. Please suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your mother remains the title owner of the property gifted to her by your father. She is free to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit to.
