Forgery of car dealing and illegal possession of car
Respected Sir,
I have sold the car to a person by getting Rs.30,000 as advance and for remaining he has given the security cheque.
He failed to pay the balance amount after reminding many times and he is using the car till now and failed to return the car to us and given much more mental torture to us daily.
Since the car is under kotak prime finance,last month he himself went to kotak prime for closing the loan.There he had given a oriental bank cheque for foreclousure amount that got bounced because of difference in signature.
He himself hiding once after cheque got bounced.
Currently I am holding the photocopy of payment slip for which he had given the oriental bank cheque to kotak prime and also a copy of mail sent by kotak prime reason stating the dishonour of cheque.
Can you suggest me in what ways I can file a complaint?
Can I able to file cheque bounce case?

Dear Ksrthik,
If there was an outstanding loan on the car, you should have first ensured that the buyer settles the loan in full, prior to handing over possession of the car without settlement of the agreed amount.
