Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi. my grand father has three brother and one has only daughter one has no child and one has two son, my grand father and mother died approximate 15 yrs ago. and now my both uncle has distrubuted his property. i am a son in law. so now my mother and father want to own right in property, but there are some property has only my grand father name and most of property named by my another grand father(he is small in all brother). so now i want to know that my mother can take property only that much what ever named on property or all property distrubuted in three .

Dear Sir,
If your grand parents have left behind a Will, the beneficiaries named in the Will, are entitled to a share in their property as specified in the Will vide a Probate from the Court. If they have died intestate (without a Will) all their sons and daughters will be entitled to an equal share of their total property.
