Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
My grandfather died 10 years back he had not made any will he left behind with some assets land property and some cash he has three son two daughters all of them are married my grandMother lives with his youngest son he has captured all the property my dad is the eldest of brothers now can i claim for the property if my grand mother is not in our favour

1) The property of Hindu male died intestate devolves upon all the legal heirs. The widow can only bequeath her share to any one at her wish but not others shares.
2) What 10 years delay? Of course delay will not prejudice ur interests but should not be inordinate. Immediately file partition suit.
