Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
My grandfather get some property from his father. Now because of some dispute in family he legally named that property to one of his grandson.(my uncle's son). He is not distribute that property equally.
So what can i do to get the share ?
Is my grandfather have rights to give the property to individual even he get this property from his father?

It is a joint family property and you can file suit for partition as one of the co sharer can not transfer the share of other co sharers in favor of one co sharer.
