Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
my grandmother died 31/2 yrs back and she inherited ancestral property of agricultural land .she has 5 daughters and 1 son .my mother has not claimed her share
my uncle says that my grandmother has written a will on his name and nothing to her daughters .me as a granddaughter can I contest the will on the ancestral property

Dear Madam,
Yes, since your uncle will have to obtain a Probate on the Will, you certainly can contest and challenge the Will in the Court.
