Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi,
My grand mom passed away very early and my mom was brought up in her family friend house. The owner of that house was a grandmother, she passed away . she owned a house and we all hav a doubt if my mom name was mentioned for any percentage on the house,as she was very attached to the owner of he house. Its been more than 20 yrs and that hosue has not been sold by the owners children as we heard that there are sum issues with the property document. Please let me know how to proceed on this issue?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should look for concrete documentary evidence which indicates that your mother has a share in the house and then proceed.
