Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi,
We are two brothers and both are married since last 1 years and reside with our parents. The flat where we stay was bought by our Grandfather and my Father has got the share certificate transferred on his name after the death of my grandfather and grandmother without legal documents and support of society.
Now my Father is more supportive towards my Elder Brother as he is type of Goon and has been notorious in past. How can I claim the right on the property purchased by my grandfather as to add further my grandfather had 2 son and 5 daughters.
Can I get help as per Indian law and constitutions, I am Muslim by Religion.

Dear Sir,
The onus lies on you to prove that your father does not have authentic documents to establish his ownership of the flat. Rubbing your father the wrong way is only inviting trouble for yourself. Being the Owner, your father enjoys every right to deal with the flat in the manner he best deems fit to. If you wish to enjoy a share in the flat, it is important you maintain cordial family relations.
Regards,
