we are holding a property jointly .we are 3 brothers and mother.we want to construct a residential cum commercial complex on our property.we want to separate
our shares in the building to be constructed i.e specify flats and shops to be owned by each owner.
can we separate our shares by executing a declaration deed under maharashra apartment act 1970 by specifying our shares in the declaration deed ?
