Dear Sir / Madam,

Knowledge material in any written or electronic form or nature is not normally or usually patented to be eligible for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). If the knowledge has been assimilated and gained as a student of the University, it is obvious that the University will enjoy the right to use the material in its course curriculum. You may explicitly specify that the knowledge material you provided is solely for the use of your University, and they will not share or part with the knowledge material to other institutions or Universities.

Regards,
