Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Are there any issues in selling the apps outside being an employee in a company?
I have plans to create android applications and websites. But i am working in an Samsung(or say in general), so are there any legal bindings or issues if i sell for free or for money and market the apps created by me. The apps are no where related to the kind of work that i am doing in the company. Also, when i am saying creation of apps then all the work related to it is done outside the company and fully in my free time at home.
