Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I am a joint owner with my brother in a property. My mother who has expired had this property in her name. now my brother had taken a big loan by mortgauge the property and since last 4 years he is not paying the installments which is being payed by me. Can my father under family arrangement restore the whole property in my name.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the property vests in your father after your mother's demise, your father has to decide about whether he wishes to retain the title of the property in his name; or whether he wishes to transfer the title of the property in his son(s) name(s).
